Our services.
Forecast Cloud provides managed green web hosting powered by 100% renewable energy. Our services include cPanel PHP hosting, NVMe SSD storage, free SSL certificates, daily off-site backups, malware scanning and removal, DDoS mitigation, global CDN, and fully managed support. Specific plan features, resource allocations, and pricing are detailed on our plans page. Forecast Cloud is operated by Crouch End Media Ltd, a web development studio established in North London since 2013.
Intellectual property.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Crouch End Media Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Your website content hosted on our servers remains your intellectual property at all times.
Website use.
You agree not to use our website or hosting services in any way that causes damage or impairs availability, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract data, transmit malware or malicious code, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Hosting services.
Forecast Cloud aims for 99.99% uptime as stated in our SLA, but cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service. We perform daily off-site backups; however, you are also responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical content. We reserve the right to suspend hosting for sites that violate our acceptable use policy, including but not limited to hosting illegal content, sending spam, or consuming excessive shared resources. Hosting fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crouch End Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or hosting services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific hosting plan giving rise to the claim within the preceding 12 months.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
Changes to terms.
